NEEDLEPOINTERS ANONYMOUS GRATITUDE GIVEAWAY: OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond the entries listed below, and a free method of entry of equal value is available. Void where prohibited.
  2. SPONSORS. The giveaway is sponsored by Lilah's Corner LLC dba Needlepointers Anonymous, 2886 Sandy Plains Rd., Unit 669832, Marietta, GA 30066 ("Sponsor"). The DMC The Craft Corner bundle prizes are provided personally by Mariah (Kati) Fisher ("Prize Provider"). Questions: stitch@needlepointersanonymous.com.
  3. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD. Begins September 21, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends October 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Daily actions reset at 12:00 AM ET.
  5. HOW TO ENTER. Visit [giveaway URL] and enter through the giveaway widget with your name and email. Use one email address per person; multiple accounts or emails will be disqualified. Earn entries as follows:
  • Confirm your entry: 1 entry, one time
  • Free entry, no purchase necessary: join our mailing list for 20 entries, one time. If you prefer not to join, email stitch@needlepointersanonymous.com with the subject "Gratitude Giveaway Free Entry" and your name and mailing address for 20 entries. The mailing list entry and the email entry are the same entry; limit one per person.
  • Submit the order number from an order placed at needlepointersanonymous.com during the giveaway period: 20 entries, one time, regardless of the number or size of orders. The order must use the same email as your giveaway entry. Order numbers are verified before prizes are awarded; invalid, canceled, or refunded orders void these entries.
  • Share a public post of a finished project made with Needlepointers Anonymous self-finishing supplies: 10 entries, one time
  • Join our free rewards program (powered by Smile.io): 5 entries, one time. Your rewards account must use the same email as your giveaway entry. Membership is verified before prizes are awarded.
  • Join our VIP group on Facebook: 5 entries, one time
  • Follow Kati on TikTok @notsoanon.kati: 5 entries, one time

  • Refer a friend: 3 entries per friend who enters through your unique link, maximum 5 referrals

  • Daily check-in: 1 entry per day
  • Enter the secret code: 5 entries, one time. The code is shared publicly on our social channels and emails during the giveaway period.
  • Early bird bonus: 5 entries for entering by September 22, 2026 at 1:00 AM ET
  • Complete any 10 entry actions: 20 bonus entries, one time. This bonus can be earned without a purchase.

Social follows may be verified at Sponsor's discretion. Entries obtained through bots, scripts, or fraud are void. Entries must pass any email or fraud verification set by Sponsor. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to exceed the entry limits. Entries from the same person across multiple IP addresses or devices beyond what these rules allow may be voided.

  1. PHOTO SUBMISSIONS. Photos must be shared from a public post on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Photos must show a finished project made by the entrant using Needlepointers Anonymous self-finishing supplies and be the entrant's own photo. Photos are reviewed before entries are awarded, and Sponsor may reject any photo that is off-topic, duplicated, inappropriate, or not the entrant's own. By submitting, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share the photo on Sponsor's website and social channels with credit. By submitting a photo, you confirm it is your original work and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to indemnify Sponsor against any claim arising from a photo you submit.
  2. PRIZES. Total approximate retail value (ARV): $1,960.
  • Daily prizes (10): one Stitch & Go floral tote each, ARV $30
  • Grand prize: $500 Needlepointers Anonymous store credit
  • Grand prize: $250 Needlepointers Anonymous store credit
  • Grand prizes (2): $100 Needlepointers Anonymous store credit each
  • Grand prizes (2): DMC The Craft Corner bundle, including a modular storage box with drawers and 150 skeins of floss, ARV $355 each, provided by Prize Provider

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card for use at needlepointersanonymous.com on preorder and ready-to-ship physical products only. It may not be used on digital products, including memberships, subscriptions, or other digital items. Store credit does not expire, has no cash value, and is not transferable. Physical prizes ship free within the U.S. within 14 days of winner confirmation. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Actual prize value may differ at the time of award.

  1. DRAWINGS. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries; each entry has an equal chance. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Daily tote drawings take place at 10:00 AM ET each day from September 23 through October 2, 2026, from all eligible entries received through 11:59 PM ET the previous day. Entries carry over to every drawing.
  • Grand prize drawings take place on October 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET, from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period, in this order: $500, $250, $100, $100, DMC The Craft Corner bundle, DMC The Craft Corner bundle.
  • Limit one tote and one grand prize per person. Tote winners remain eligible for grand prizes. A grand prize winner is removed from later grand prize drawings.
  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION. Winners are notified by email from stitch@needlepointersanonymous.com. Tote winners must respond within 48 hours and grand prize winners within 72 hours with a shipping address, or an alternate winner will be drawn. Winners may be announced publicly by first name and last initial. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications lost to spam or junk filters or for incorrect contact information provided by an entrant. Acceptance of a prize allows Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state in giveaway announcements without further compensation, where permitted by law.
  2. THANK-YOU SCRATCHER. Every eligible entrant who does not win a prize receives one digital scratcher by email by October 5, 2026. Every scratcher wins one of the following: 10% off (70%), 15% off (20%), free ornament with purchase (8%), free tape measure with purchase (2%). Codes are single-use, cannot be combined with other codes, and expire December 31, 2026. Gift outcomes are available while supplies last; if a gift runs out, a 15% off code is substituted.
  3. SEPARATE PROMOTIONS. Double rewards points and gift-with-purchase codes running during the giveaway period are separate promotions. They are not part of this giveaway and do not affect entries or odds.
  4. TAXES. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.
  5. PRIVACY. Information collected is used to administer the giveaway and as described in our privacy policy at https://needlepointersanonymous.com/policies/privacy-policy. Joining the mailing list is optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
  6. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Smile.io, Gleam, or DMC. Entrants release these platforms from any liability. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to any of these platforms.
  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries. Sponsor's decisions are final.
  8. RELEASE. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and Prize Provider from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from (a) participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize; (b) technical errors, including malfunctions of any computer, network, hardware, or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) errors in administering the giveaway or processing entries; or (e) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email.
  9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia. Entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering.

  11. AGREEMENT TO RULES. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. You confirm you meet the eligibility requirements. Direct any questions about the giveaway to Sponsor.
