Shipping Policy
Ready to Ship Items
Orders containing only ready to ship items are packed and sent within 3 to 5 business days.
Preorder Items
Every preorder product title includes its expected arrival ETA, so you always know the timeline before you buy. Preorders ship as soon as that stock arrives and is processed. If a preorder runs behind its ETA, please see our Preorder Policy for how we handle delays and what to expect.
Orders With Both Ready to Ship and Preorder Items
We do not split shipments by default. If your order contains both ready to ship and preorder items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once every item is in stock. This keeps shipping costs down for everyone.
Split Ship
If you would rather not wait on your preorder items, you have two options:
- Place separate orders for your ready to ship and preorder items.
- Email us at stitch@needlepointersanonymous.com and we will add a one time $5.00 Split Ship fee to your order. This covers the second shipment, so your in stock items go out right away and the rest follow when they arrive.
Split Ship is one fee per order, not per item, and must be requested before your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address entered was incorrect or incomplete, a $6.99 reshipment fee is required before we send it back out.
