Who can apply to be a wholesaler?
Brick & mortar local needlepoint shops (LNS).
We are not currently restricting by geographic area, but may introduce territory protections in the future based on demand.
What information do I need to apply?
• Business name
• Store address (brick & mortar required)
• Tax ID / resale certificate
• Primary contact name + email
• Website and/or social media presence
• A quick overview of your shop (optional, but helpful)
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- 5 units per item
- $300 minimum opening order
Reorders may have lower minimums.
How should I price your items?
Retailers may price items at their discretion, with one requirement:
• Items may not be priced higher than 2x the wholesale cost
We are intentionally building an affordable, accessible brand and expect partners to align with that.
